ROME ITALY

No other city comes close. It may no longer be caput mundi (capital of the world), but Rome is an epic, bubbling-over metropolis harbouring lost empires. One visit and you’ll be hooked. Rome has a glorious monumentality that it wears without reverence. Its architectural heirlooms are buzzed around by car and Vespa as if they were no more than traffic islands.

The city bombards you with images: elderly ladies with dyed hair chatting in Trastevere; priests with cigars strolling the Imperial Forums; traffic jams around the Colosseum; plateloads of pasta in Piazza Navona; sinuous trees beside the Villa Borghese; barrages of pastel-coloured scooters revving up at traffic lights as if preparing for a race.

People in Rome encapsulate the spirit of the city. Pass a central café and the tables outside are animated with people, downing fast shots of espresso and sporting big black sunglasses. They are neither posing nor hung over. Nuns flutter through the streets, on the trip of a lifetime or secondment from the Philippines, bustling across the road before treating themselves to an ice cream. Churches fill during Mass, and the priests, dressed in purple, cream or red silk (right down to their socks), read the rites to a hushed congregation (mostly from out of town).

Here the national preoccupation with the aesthetic fuses with incredible urban scenery to make Rome a city where you feel cool just strolling through the streets, catching the sunlight on your face outside a café, or eating a long lunch. It’s a place that almost encourages you to take things easy. Don’t feel stressed out

GUADALAJARA MEXICO

The second Largest city of Mexico, GUADALAJARA is known for being more relaxed, more traditional and conservative place than Mexico City, somewhere you can stop and catch your breath. Guadalajara in my opinion is the most "Mexican" state of the Mexico's big cities, having evolved as a regional centre of trade and commerce, without the imbalances of Monterrey's industrial giants or Mexico City's chaotic scale. Being less populated than the capital, however, doesn't make it peaceful, and by any standards Guadalajara is huge, sprawling, noisy and energetic. Still, it remains a great place to see something of traditional and modern Mexico

I was born in Guadalajara and I Have enjoyed all the Beauty and history of the city whether your are visiting or plannig to live in guadalajara, it will keep enamoured . Guadalajara is also known for being a religious state, it has many historic temples and cathedrals that will amazed you

If you are in mexico make sure to stop at El Centro or downtown. Downtown guadalajara is full of 15 century architecture and beautiful night scenary. You ll have aglimpse of what guadalajara use to look like back in the olden days. With chariot rides museums Parks Plazas make sure to have your camera handy while you enjoy the beautyful EL CENTRO WETHER IT BE NIGHT OR DAY

PATIYA THAILAND

With its streets full of high-rise hotels and hustlers on every corner, PATTAYA is the epitome of exploitative tourism gone mad, but most of Pattaya's two million annual visitors don't mind that the place looks like the Costa del Sol because what they are here for is sex. The city swarms with male, female and transsexual prostitutes, and Western men flock here to enjoy their services in the rash of hostess bar-beers, go-go clubs and massage parlours. The signs trumpeting "Viagra for Sale" say it all. Pattaya also has the largest gay scene in Thailand, with several exclusively gay hotels and an entire zone devoted to gay sex bars.
Pattaya's evolution into sin city began with the Vietnam War, when it got fat on selling sex to American servicemen. Ex-servicemen later returned to run the sort of joints they had once blown their dollars in and these days at least half the bars and restaurants in Pattaya are foreign-run. More recently, there has been an influx of criminal gangs from Germany, Russia and Japan, who reportedly find Pattaya a convenient centre for running their rackets in passport and credit-card fraud, as well as child pornography and prostitution; expat murders are a regular news item in the Pattaya Mail.
Meanwhile, local tourism authorities are trying hard to improve Pattaya's image, and with surprising success have begun enticing families and older couples with a catalogue of more wholesome entertainments such as theme parks, golf courses, shopping plazas and year-round diving. Russian holidaymakers seem particularly keen and Cyrillic script is now much in evidence around the resort. A recent flush of more sophisticated boutique hotels and restaurants is also starting to bring in a younger Thai crowd, which has brightened the picture a little. But in truth the beach here is far from pristine so after-hours "entertainment" is still the primary inducement.
